Five years of R&D.
Sketch to steel.

Innovation costs time, money and nerve. We invest all three. Every product goes through the same loop until it’s right.

How we develop.

  1. 01

    Listen

Reviews, customers and our own frustrations show us what’s missing.

  2. 02

    Design

Sketches become CAD, designed for manufacturing from day one.

  3. 03

    Simulate

Mould-flow and cost checks before a single tool is made.

  4. 04

    Prototype

3D prints and material samples, made in our Antwerp lab.

  5. 05

    Test

With real users, and with load and magnet tests.

  6. 06

    Tool up

Moulds and first production runs with our manufacturing partners.

V1 proved it.
V2 makes it work.

V2 · In development

V1 looked great, but was too expensive to make at scale. V2 has fewer parts, takes up less space, uses better materials and costs four times less to produce.

Materials

Light as foam.
Strong as a magnet.

We tested colours, textures and densities of EPP foam until the blocks felt right in small hands. The magnets are overmoulded inside each block.
